Tate Young isn’t exactly thrilled about his sister’s wedding or the family-packed two weeks in the Maldives that come with it. Knowing his family will be all over his personal life, he hires Piper, an escort, to pose as his girlfriend. But as they spend more time together, sparks start to fly—for real!
Just when things are getting good, Tate’s ex, Jamie, swoops in with a bombshell about Piper’s past.
The revelation leads to a painful breakup, tearing them apart.
Heartbroken, Piper heads back to Boston, trying to pick up the pieces of her life.

Their relationship deepens, but after Jamie exposes Piper’s past, it leads to a heartbreaking fallout, and Piper returns to Boston to rebuild her life.
