“Fucking Christ,” I groaned as Eric swallowed my cock again.
I threaded my fingers through his hair and held his head down, loving the way it sounded when he started to choke. Though I would have loved nothing more than to keep him where he was, I let him push his head up off my dick so he could suck in a ragged breath before swallowing me once more.
I felt Jake’s hand in my hair as he tipped my head back and kissed me deeply, sliding his tongue along mine and swallowing my moans as Eric started bobbing his head faster over my lap. I tightened my hand in his hair and yanked his head off me, grinning evilly.
“You hungry, love?”
“Fuck yes, Master,” he panted before I kissed him hard.
“You wanna swallow my cum?” I teased condescendingly, making him snarl.
“You fucking know I do.”
I tutted at him and released him completely. “Naughty boy. Move back three steps and lock your hands behind your back.” He knew where this was going and groaned with poorly suppressed frustration but did as he was told.
“Jake, come get the treat your Sir didn’t earn.”
The look of contempt Eric shot me had me chuckling darkly. “Keep up with the attitude, love, and I’ll edge you every fucking day for the next week.”
He took a deep breath, closing his eyes and forcing himself to submit to me because he knew I would do exactly as I threatened. “Yes, Master.” He lowered his eyes with contrition, and I watched his cock bob between his legs, leaking precum from the neglected, purple head.
“Poor boy,” I chastised. “You could have gotten all the cum Jake is about to suck out of my balls and had our baby boy here using his unbelievably talented mouth on your painful-looking erection…but you had to go and get defiant, didn’t you?”
“Yes, Master,” he panted, watching Jake lick and suck on my balls, his perfect, muscled ass mere inches from Eric’s knees.
I knew Eric was watching Jake’s tight rosebud clench with desperation for a cock, and his little mewl of abject longing made my sadistic heart beat faster.
I ignored Eric entirely—way too close to blowing my load down Jake’s throat to worry about my naughty boy right then. Not when I had a well-behaved one letting me fuck his throat without any hint of a gag reflex to be found.
I tangled my hands in Jake’s blond locks, holding his head still so I could piston my hips up into his mouth, making him drool profusely before forcing his mouth to my pelvis and holding him tight, my cum shooting down his convulsing throat.
“Holy fuck, baby boy,” I panted heavily. “That was so fucking good,” I breathed before claiming his mouth with a deep, passionate kiss.
“Go kiss your Sir…Let him have a taste of what he missed out on.”
Jake turned to Eric, crawling onto his lap and planting his mouth against the other man’s. Eric groaned again but didn’t move his hands out from behind his back as he tongue-fucked Jake’s mouth.
“That’s enough for right now, you two,” I said as I stood and zipped up my slacks. “Get dressed and come help me get dinner going.”

Jake had been raving about yet another torn-apart shithole of a house he’d found to flip for the better part of our entire meal. “The neighborhood is fantastic! It’s all single-family homes on large lots, the neighborhood crime rates are practically nil, it’s in a fantastic school district, there is a beautiful park that’s only a five-minute walk from the house…”
Ugh…I was getting Stepford Wives vibes just listening.
“The commute to downtown is a little longer than I’d like, about an hour if traffic is heavy, but there are plenty of amenities within a ten-minute drive to make up for that shortcoming.” Jake paused long enough to take a drink from his wine glass, and I did the same.
While the viciously practical side of me wanted to roll my eyes and tell him to shut up already, the side of me that loved him with a passion most people could only dream of just smiled and relished every twinkle in his beautiful blue eyes.
“Jake, don’t you think you’re already stretched kinda thin as it is?” Eric questioned.
He’d been listening and eyeing Jake the way he always did when new projects were the topic of discussion; like he was equally torn between wanting to strangle Jake for taking on even more work and being beside himself with excitement about the prospect of watching Jake unleash his talents on something new.
“I’ve got crews working on the Florida and Tennessee projects, so I don’t have to travel out there more than once a month. The condo project downtown finishes up next week, and I closed out two of my other jobs today. So really, it’s either let me get this house or have me become an absolute pain in your ass later when I’m bored out of my skull,” Jake finished with a beautifully wicked smirk.
“Maybe I like it when you’re a pain in my ass,” Eric muttered under his breath, making Jake and me both husk out a laugh.
“Listen, is this going to be a big project? Yes, it absolutely will be, but the turnaround should be less than six months, start to finish, and the profit margin has the potential to be huge.” Jake paused his enthusiastic speech just long enough to shovel several forkfuls of spaghetti into his mouth, swallowing half and continuing excitedly around the noodles. “Really, I’m doing you both a favor by bringing it to your attention before anyone else finds it!”
Jake was still talking with his mouth full, which was more than I could tolerate. “Jacob,” I interrupted.
Jake stopped speaking and chewing immediately, looking up at me with stricken eyes. I didn’t typically call him by his full name, but considering he’d barely let Eric or me speak in nearly two hours and was now talking around a mouthful of food, I decided I needed to get his attention quickly.
“I appreciate your enthusiasm, but we have all night, sweetheart. You can slow down and chew your food.” I smiled gently to take the sting out of my rebuke.
Jake had the good grace to blush, set his fork down, and finish chewing before shooting me a lopsided grin. “Sorry, Master.” He wiggled his eyebrows deviously at me, and I couldn’t help but chuckle at his antics.
“Careful, baby boy. It was a long day, and wiping that smirk off your face sounds extremely tempting.” The pitch of my voice dropped as I stared at him.
Watching Jake go from bratty and playful to submissive, whimpering fuck toy was one of my favorite pastimes.
As expected, my threat did nothing to cool Jake’s fire, only making him grin lasciviously. “Promises, promises! Can I tell you more about the house while you rape my ass?” His words made me snarl with lust, but Eric beat me to a reply.
“No. You’ll be too busy choking on my cock to speak,” he said calmly. Eric wiped his mouth and leaned back in his chair, no trace of humor on his face.
Jake and I looked at each other and burst out laughing. We were used to Eric’s brilliantly timed, albeit painfully dry, sense of humor.
Eric just smirked at us both as we laughed.
“It's all fun and games until you're both tied together on the floor, dry humping air.”
My hand shot out and grabbed the hair at the nape of Eric’s neck, yanking his head back as I lurched half out of my chair to tower over him, my lips hovering just above his mouth.
“Care to repeat that, love?” Eric was immediately breathless, and I could practically hear his heart hammering in his chest.
“I said…” He drew out the word while his eyes flashed. “It's all fun and games until…” I cranked his head back, crushing his lips against mine as my tongue forced its way into his mouth.
Christ, I loved this man. He was every bit as dominant as me but actively chose to submit in our dynamic.
“Well, I feel utterly left out,” Jake lamented.
I broke off the kiss with Eric and scrubbed my hand down over my face with a laugh. Eric simply raised an eyebrow.
“You’ll be speared between us both within the hour, babe. I doubt you’ll be feeling ‘left out’ at that point,” Eric quipped as he finished his glass of wine.
Jake’s pout turned into a shit-eating grin. “Ooo goody! Let’s get the kitchen cleaned up, then!”
Jake tossed down the rest of his food, grabbed all our plates and glasses, and dropped them unceremoniously into the sink as Eric and I both shouted in protest. He quickly grabbed Eric’s and my hand and hauled us out of our chairs, dragging us toward the bedroom.
“I thought he said I was supposed to rape his ass?” I complained to Eric. “I feel like I’m being led away for sacrifice.”
“You are, you handsome devil!” Jake declared enthusiastically. “I'm gonna sacrifice your cock to the demon in my ass, while Eric performs an exorcism on my throat!”
