In this spinoff of Wild Wild Witch, Linda Mae Walley survived the Hell Gate demon battle that killed her father—but the townsfolk of Copperwood wish she hadn’t. Ostracized as one of the “cursed” possessed, she’s banned from shops, condemned by the pastor, and ignored by Sheriff Richard Leland, the man she’s secretly loved since childhood.

After discovering her own witch powers while saving Richard from a wolf attack—only to be met with his horror and rejection—Linda devises a dangerous plan: she will impersonate the Erlking’s Daughter, a demon from the forest, and attack the church with green-fire fireworks, uniting the town against a common enemy.
