Chapter 7: Saltwater Scourge

IRO

Iro felt a chill as he retreated from Aranya’s room, his newly adjusted uniform fitting better, but he himself felt different.

In her lust-filled haze that morning, Aranya had taken advantage of him multiple times, leaving him tied and helpless.

During her third go, she’d gotten a bit carried away and torn his underwear to shreds with her sharp claws.

Feeling guilty, she’d apologized and crafted him a new pair from her own spider silk. Once she’d regained her composure after the fourth round, she’d finished adjusting his uniform and started on his other outfits.

Iro had watched in awe as she spun the clothes from her own non-sticky silk, but he’d made a quick exit when she hinted at a possible fifth round.

She was so timid at dinner…but I was in her~ territory. Maybe that’s why she was so different?~

Iro shivered again, his body remembering how she’d pushed her finger deeper into him with each round, effectively draining him dry.

Mental note, never visit Aranya’s room alone or unprepared.

As Iro passed Holly’s room, he noticed the door slightly open and the room empty. Assuming she was okay, he continued on to his own room.

Standing in front of the mirror, he examined his maid’s uniform. It accentuated his slim figure much better, the top half fitting snugly, and the chest cutout tighter and less wrinkled.

The skirt was the perfect length and his tail was better accommodated. Blushing, he lifted the skirt to check his new spider-silk underwear, styled like boy shorts, and found he didn’t mind them.

They were incredibly soft, smooth, and hugged his curves nicely, tucking his bulge and accentuating his ass.

“You’d make someone drool if you did that in public, you know.”

Iro spun around, his skirt falling back into place as he locked eyes with his new “Master” Zeltaria, who was leaning against his bedroom doorframe.

The voluptuous, red-skinned, horned demoness sauntered into the room, a faint smile playing on her lips.

She stopped a few steps away, took a deep breath, her cheeks flushing slightly, and her glowing eyes flashing briefly.

“Aranya did more than just fix your uniform, it seems. Did you enjoy your time with her?” Her eyes roamed over Iro’s body, lingering on his waist and chest. Iro fought the urge to cover himself.

“Y-yeah, I mean, no. I mean—”

Zeltaria laughed and waved her hand dismissively.

“It’s okay, little puppy. It wouldn’t be the first time something like this has happened here. It’s an unfortunate side effect of mine. You’ll get used to it.

“Now come, you haven’t seen much of the mansion yet, have you? Today has been a bit one-sided so far.”

Iro’s fur bristled, and he nodded. “M-miss Cerys showed me a bit, mostly just the kitchens and main areas on the lower floor.

“I found Holly’s room this morning, a-and Airy’s last night. B-before dinner, that is! I wasn’t in her room last night, or anything like that.”

Zeltaria let out a hearty laugh, the sound echoing in the hallway and making Iro’s cheeks warm. She reached out and pinched his cheek.

You are just the cutest. Come on, let’s visit the important rooms upstairs, and I’ll show you where your main tasks will be. Then you can finish exploring on your own.

“It should be lunchtime by then and, since I won’t be entertaining any more annoying bureaucrats for a while, it’ll just be my little family.”

Zeltaria pulled Iro to her side and practically dragged him along, starting the tour of the mansion with the other rooms on the second floor.

She pointed out rooms as they passed, telling Iro their purpose or who occupied them. She made sure to point out the communal upstairs bathroom, her room, and especially her own personal bathroom.

Throughout the tour, she kept Iro close, her arm around his shoulders and her long, slender, spade-tipped tail gently swaying behind them, occasionally brushing against Iro’s legs or behind.

After showing him the upstairs, Zeltaria quickly took Iro to the laundry room, the conference room, her office, and Cerys’s office.

She ended the tour by showing him the locker rooms, telling him he now had a locker there for spare uniforms and personal items.

The tour concluded outside in the backyard on the brick patio, surrounded by well-kept shrubs.

Well? Do you think you’ll stay with us, Mister Iro?” Zeltaria asked, her voice almost seductive. She finally released him and began to pace, her hooves clicking on the stones.

Iro thought for a moment and nodded. “I think I could get used to this. It’s…unlike anything I’ve done before.”

Zeltaria grinned and gestured to the expansive backyard.

“Glad to hear it. Why don’t you finish your tour out here? I need to find Cerys and discuss plans, finalize your employment, and make sure lunch is being prepared.

“Skalla is usually our chef, but she seems to be missing.” Zeltaria turned and started back toward the mansion. “Pleasure meeting you, Mister Iro. I’m excited to see you thrive here.”

After his awkward bow in response, she giggled and disappeared into the house. Iro straightened up and looked around, taking in the fresh outdoor air.

Humming to himself, he did as Zel suggested and began exploring the backyard.

The patio, made of brick, stretched out for a good twenty yards before it ended at a raised balcony. Two sets of stairs descended from either side of the square platform, leading down to a sprawling lawn dotted with trees and shrubs.

In the heart of the lawn, a large swimming pool shimmered, fed by a flowing canal. A variety of outdoor furniture was scattered around it.

Iro made his way down the stairs and across the lawn to the pool. He peered into the water, noting how the canal flowed from one end of the property to the other, disappearing into the distance.

He vaguely remembered hearing something about the city using these canals to make life easier for aquatic people, and to reduce road traffic by using boats and gondolas for transportation.

The thought of a pool day with the mansion’s eclectic inhabitants stirred a thrill in Iro that was a little too intense for his liking.

Just the idea of Zeltaria in a swimsuit was enough to make him feel mischievous, and he could only imagine what the others would look like.

Hold on…what about me? I didn’t bring a suit. Would they expect me to…go naked? They don’t seem particularly modest…

Shaking off the thought, Iro turned to head back to the mansion. He’d cross that bridge when he came to it.

He’d barely taken a step when a swishing sound behind him grew louder and louder.

Turning around, he was met with a sight that was both surprising and terrifying. A large, gray figure burst from the pool water, landing on the poolside deck.

Iro fell back in surprise, looking up at the creature who was staring right back at him.

She was tall and muscular, her body chiseled like a bodybuilder’s, with defined abs and strong arms and legs.

A tail with a broad base tapered to a shark-like fin. Her breasts were small, barely contained in a tiny bikini.

Her skin was a smooth, wet gray, and her multicolored hair was pulled back in a ponytail.

She flashed a grin, revealing sharp teeth, and pulled out her hair tie. Bending over, she picked up Iro under the arms and set him on his feet.

Her voice was as strong and full-bodied as he’d expected. “Never seen you before. You Zel’s new pet?”

Iro could only nod at first, but then found his voice. “I-I wouldn’t say pet. But I am new around here.”

She laughed and clapped a hand on his shoulder. “You just wait. C’mon, I’m starved!”

She sauntered past Iro, and he watched her walk up the lawn toward the house, a blade-like dorsal fin waving gently on her back and smaller fins extending from her elbows.

She was, in every sense of the word, a walking, talking shark. And she lived in their pool?

Iro decided then and there that he was never swimming again.
