Friends with Benefits
Destan, Miraâs younger brother, is all grown up now. Heâs ready to step into his fatherâs shoes as the alpha. But thereâs a catchâhe needs a luna to rule alongside him. Heâs set his sights on a female warrior whoâs remained unclaimed by any alpha. Destan decides to take his chances. But to claim her, he has to fight herâand win. He thinks itâll be a piece of cake, until he meets her. Waverly is anything but your typical she-wolf.
âOH FUCK, DESTAN!â Muriel cries out, each hard thrust making her moan louder. Her nails dig into his back, her teeth sink into his shoulder, and he groans in pleasure.
âSomething wrong?â His hands grip her ass as he continues to pound her against the wall. âYouâve always been a fan of it rough.â Muriel bites her lower lip, a smile playing on her lips.
Theyâve been friends with benefits for around three years. They tried dating, but it didnât work outâtoo much cheating on both sides.
Just like Destanâs dick has a tendency to wander, so does Murielâs pussy. But they never judge each other. Instead, they laugh it off.
Theyâre on the brink of climax when a knock interrupts them.
âYO Destan, Muriel,â Jaxonâs voice echoes from the other side of the door. âYou two almost done? We gotta get going, Destan.â
âGive us a few minutes.â Destan calls back. âI think we need to finish this. What do you think?â He doesnât wait for a response, instead picking up his pace until they both unravel.
He gently lowers Muriel until her feet touch the ground. Destan pulls up his jeans, adjusting himself as she straightens her mini skirt.
Destan picks up his black T-shirt from the floor and pulls it on just as Muriel walks over to him, a smile on her face.
âHey, be careful over there, okay.â Muriel ties her blonde hair up in a messy bun.
Destan salutes her with a smirk. âSure thing, boss.â He plants a kiss on her cheek as he walks by her to leave. âTake care, Muriel.â She winks at him as he exits.
Destan only packs two bags and tosses them in the back of his truck along with his future Beta Jaxon and Delta Borisâs bags.
He walks over to hug his mother, Luna Jenna, who can only smile at her son. âMom, please donât start knitting baby blankets.â
âAre you really trying to deprive me of making my future grandchild his or her blanket?â
Destan pinches the bridge of his nose, then sighs. Instead of arguing with his mother, he simply embraces her, kissing the top of her head. âI would never do that, Mom.
âKnit away.â Seeing the smile on her face makes him hope that he finds his Luna to bring home just for his mother. The thought of it makes him chuckle.
His father comes out to stand beside Jenna. Destan shakes his fatherâs hand, and without another word, he heads to his truck.
Destan turns on the radio to listen to some music for the long drive. Itâll take them three days to get to the Silver Lake pack. He hopes that this journey isnât a waste of his time.
âHey,â Jaxon interrupts his thoughts. âI just want to understand what youâre getting yourself into.â He places his finger on his short-bearded chin as if in thought.
âIn order to win her, you have to fight her... Actually fight her, as in hand-to-hand combat or some shit like that?â Destan only nods without saying a word. âThis will be easy for you.
âSheâs as good as yours,â he speaks with confidence as he tosses some chips into his mouth, not noticing the crumbs on his shirt.
âWonât there be other Alphas there?â Boris asks from the back seat. âAlso vying to win this female over?â
âVying?â Jaxon turns to look at Boris. âSince when do you use words like vying? Have you been sleeping in the pack library again?â Jaxon teases, earning him a chuckle from Destan.
Boris rolls his eyes as he laughs along with his childhood friend.
âShut the fuck up, you asshole,â Boris punches Jaxon on the back of his left shoulder, earning him a grunt.
âIâve heard of the she-wolf warrior that no one can beat, and Iâm talking about Alphas.â He snatches Jaxonâs bag of chips, sits back, and starts munching.
âThis Waverly girl is one badass wolf,â he mumbles with a mouth full of chips. âI bet $50 she will kick your ass, Destan.â He laughs, Jaxon joining him.
âFuck you both,â Destan chuckles. âI have to admit, I find her intriguing and look forward to watching her kick ass, not mine, but others.â
Jaxon turns to look at Boris. âPut me down for $100, dude.â
Waverly glares at her opponent as they circle each other. Alpha Franz is clutching his left ribs, trying not to groan with each movement.
His platinum hair is plastered to his face with sweat, dripping off his chin. She did a good job breaking his ribs with three fast punches he didnât see coming.
Heâs come to respect his opponent for her fighting skills. Alpha Franz underestimated her ability to take him down due to his Alpha status. A mistake that cost him three ribs. One for each punch.
He stands at 6 feet 4 inches, but his height is no match for her lethal long legs. Waverly charges at him, but fools him when she slides on the floor using her powerful legs to knock him off his feet.
Alpha Franz falls face first, grunting loudly when his ribs make contact with the floor. Waverly quickly jumps on his back, grabbing his left arm and pulling it back to break it when he taps out.
She smirks, leaning down to whisper in his ear. âGood call.â She jumps off him and walks away as if she didnât just make another Alpha look foolish.
Waverly showers, then dresses in comfortable red sweatpants and a black tank top.
Waverly bounds down the stairs and into the kitchen, where her sister Jaime and brother Benz are already busy devouring leftover lasagna.
She snags a fork and dives into the reheated pasta. The taste makes her moan in delight. âThis is so damn good, Jaime,â she mumbles, her mouth full.
âI know, right?!â Jaime mumbles back, her mouth equally full.
âDonât talk with your mouths full,â Benz chides, his mouth also full. âItâs gross.â
They all glance at each other and burst into laughter. Waverly grabs a cup, fills it with Ice T, drains it, and then refills it.
Benz pulls out a small spiral notepad, flips it open, and scribbles something down. âThat makes... eleven Alphas whoâve failed to beat you.â He tosses the notepad onto the table for his sisters to see.
âWhich means...Jaime owes me...letâs see⊠Ah yes, four hundred dollars.â He extends his hand towards Jaime. She rolls her eyes, reaches into her pocket, and hands over the cash.
âYou bet against me, J?â Waverly looks at her sister, feigning hurt.
âI was sure heâd beat you and Iâd finally get your room.â
âWell, sorry...not sorry.â Waverly flips her off as she and Benz share a high-five. Jaime rolls her eyes at their antics.
âWell, I have exciting news,â she announces, rubbing her hands together. âDad said that four more Alphas are coming, which meansâŠ.â
âTOURNAMENT!!!â Waverly and Benz yell out in unison.
âWhoâs coming and when do they get here?â Waverly asks, stuffing her face with more lasagna.
âAlpha Brian Daytees, Alpha Norman Hamil, Alpha Ken Judd, and the soon-to-be Alpha, DestanâŠâ
âYou mean Luna Miraâs infamous brother?!â Waverlyâs eyebrows shoot up.
âThe one and only,â Jaime confirms, crossing her arms in triumph. âHeâs a big deal and heâll be here on Friday, so good luck.â
âPfft, I donât need luck,â Waverly retorts, brimming with confidence. âI got this.â
Later that night, Waverly sprawls out on her queen-size bed, her mind buzzing with thoughts of the upcoming tournament.
Sheâs managed to keep the Alphas from claiming her so far, and sheâll be damned if sheâs going to lose now. She knows she needs to train extra hard before the end of the week and experiment with new combat tactics.
