Chapter 1
KEVIN
Today is Friday. I usually go shopping on Saturdays, but I decide to go to the grocery store and pick up a few things for the weekend.
I pull into my usual parking spot away from everybody else. I double-check my list to make sure I wrote down everything I need. Then I hear a bang and my truck shakes.
âWhat the hell?â
I get out and see a shopping cart that has just hit my truck. I look toward the front of the store and see a teenager standing there waving his hands.
âSorry, I missed the cart return,â he says, and starts running away.
What the fuck! I bend down to wipe the dent with my finger like itâs going to magically disappear.
I storm over to the shopping cart, seeing no others available in the cart returns. I give it a push, and guess what? Itâs got a flat spot on one of the wheels. Thunk, Thunk, Thunk.
This day just keeps getting better, I should have stayed home.
After shopping up and down the aisles, I make it to the produce section. I like to see whatâs fresh for the day. I start looking at the strawberries when I hear a voice behind me.
âExcuse me.â
âWhat?â I say with an aggressive tone, turning around. âAre you here to apologize about your teenager for putting a dent in my truck? I donât think an apology is going to take the dent away.â
âNo, I donât have any kids,â she replies as she backs up a few steps.
I look at her and apologize for being an asshole. âLook, Iâm really sorry. Some kid hit my truck with a shopping cart and put a nice dent in it.â
She looks at me and says, âItâs okay.â
She stands in front of me, this beautiful woman. She looks like sheâs about five feet 6 inches with brunette hair that is cut to shoulder length.
Iâve never seen a girl with such beautiful blue eyes, wearing a gray tank top and dark gray yoga pants that cling to every curve she has. You can tell she works out.
âI was wondering if you are Kevin Wells?â she asks.
âDepends on whoâs asking. Do I owe you money?â
âMe, and no,â she says quickly. âAre you Kevin Wells?â she asks again.
âI am,â I say.
âIâm Emily Turner, soon to be Emily Adams. I was a bridesmaid at your wedding. Donât you recognize me?â
I look at her with a little confusion, still unable to put a name to the face. âYou do know the wedding was like eight years ago. If I donât remember, please forgive me.â
She looks at me for a second and pulls out a photo from her phone and shows me.
âThat was me back then. I was a lot heavier,â she says.
I take her phone from her and look again. âThis... is you?â She nods her head yes. âNow I remember, you were one of the bridesmaids for my ex-wife. Wow, you look good.â
I mean, damn, she looks good. My cock starts to stand at attention. Trying to move around so she canât see my excitement, I ask, âSo, how have you and your husband been doing?
âOh, weâre separated right now,â she says.
I snap my fingers. âNow I remember who he was. He was the total dick at the wedding. He just sat there telling you what to do, ordering you around, getting him drinks and his food.
âMy best friend wanted to take him out back and beat the shit out of him.â
âWell, I wish Iâd known that then, because Iâd have let him. I just wished it didnât take me nine years to realize what a mistake that marriage was,â she says.
âI am sorry to hear that,â I tell her.
âWait. You said earlier your ex-wife. What happened to your marriage?â she asks.
âWell, just like you, I wish I knew sooner. She was in it for the money. It wasnât about love.â
âIâm sorry. I really thought you guys were going to make it. I thought I knew her better than that. I was wrong,â she says.
âIâve been divorced for about fourteen months now.â
âWell, for me, weâre just separated at this point. Weâre going through the whole divorce thing now, but we keep away from each other as much as possible.
âI mainly stay at my girlfriendâs one-bedroom apartment. The couch isnât forgiving,â she says with a small laugh.
She had the cutest little laugh. My dick is almost at full attention. I try not to adjust, knowing sheâs watching me. So I grab my shopping cart and pull it closer to hide my hard-on.
âHey, do you think we could get some coffee sometime and maybe catch up a little?â she asks.
âI have something better. Iâm having a pool party at my place in two weeks. Would you like to come over?â
âSure, I would love that. Can I bring a friend?â
âNot a problem,â I say as I rip part of my grocery list in half. I write down my address and time. I write a little note below my address and hand it to her.
EMILY
I take the note from him and stick it in my waistband. I can tell he is trying to hide his erection from me. Knowing I made him hard by just looking at me makes me feel good.
In fact, I am getting a little wet myself watching him squirm around trying to hide his erection. I can see he is doing well with what he had in his shopping cart.
He looks good. He definitely works out, because the shirt heâs wearing is a little small. It shows off his arm and chest muscles.
Watching him hide behind the cart, I can see that heâs packing.
We say our goodbyes and go our separate ways. I get in my car and pull out the note. I unfold it to read his address and time with a little note at the bottom that says âclothing optional.â
I donât know what that means but Iâm going anyway.

I drive over to my girlfriendâs apartment to tell her what happened today.
âMadison! Where are you? I have something to tell you.â
âIâm in the back doing laundry,â she says as I walk to the back of her apartment with a big smile on my face.
I walk in to see her folding her underwear. She turns around and sees the goofy smile on my face.
âWhatâs with that smile? I havenât seen you smile like that in a long time,â she says.
âI ran into Kevin Wells at the grocery store today, and guess what?â
Madison looks at me like Kevin who?
âRemember the wedding we went to about eight years ago? It was Kevin and Angeliaâs wedding, and I was a bridesmaid.â
Madâs eyes get really big. âKevin! Now I remember. He was the best-looking one there, and his best man was hot too. What was his name?â she says as she snaps her fingers.
âYeah, well, she left him fourteen months ago, and heâs been single ever since.â
âHow do you know? Did he just come out and say, âHey, Iâve been single since she left,ââ Madison says with a little laugh.
âPretty much, yeah. That and what he had in his shopping cart screams single.â I pull the note from under my waistband. âYou got any plans, like, say, in two weeks?â
âNo, why?â
âWanna go to a party, like maybe a pool party?â
âSure, whoâs having it?â she asks.
âKevin. He invited us to come by and have some fun.â I open the note and show her. âSee! He even gave his address and what time to be there, plus his phone number.â
âWhatâs that say at the bottom? Clothing optional?â she says.
âIâm thinking itâs a naked pool party, if you wanna get naked,â I say with a crazy smile.
âIf weâre going, we need new bathing suitsâespecially for you, girl. Iâm going to find a suit thatâs going to make those big tits pop and his jaw drop.
âAnd no more one piece,â Madison says with excitement.
Before I know it, we're out the door.
